Our three lottery rules and regulations are below.
Dream Home 2024 Lottery Rules
There are 6,200 tickets at $100 each (D01 – 1 to D01 – 6200), 2,400 sets of 3 for $250 (D03 –6201 to D03
– 13,400), 1,200 sets of 5 for $400 (D05- 13,401 to D05 – 19,400), 300 sets of 8 for $550 (D08 – 19,401
to D08 – 21,800) and 500 sets of 30 for $800 (D30 – 21,801 – 36,800) 36,800 tickets total.
All draws will be open to the public and will be made under the supervision of at least two executive
members (or delegates) of the licensed group. Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw
control oversight by Wave Media Inc. and under licensing approval by the licensing body, Alberta
Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). Each prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the
approved Raffle Terms and Conditions as put forth by AGLC. Draws are conducted using a Random
Number Generator (RNG) system, certified and approved by AGLC. Winners will be announced at
http://www.training.winadreamhome.ca and https://www.facebook.com/winadreamhome/. All winning tickets
will be eligible for all subsequent draws. There are 16 prizes in total. Ticket buyers are eligible for all
draws provided they purchase before any draw deadline. In the case of a power outage the draw will be
delayed until power is restored. If not restored within 2 hours, the draw will be rescheduled and
advertised to the public and ticket purchasers.
The Loyalty Draw will be held Thursday, February 1, 2024, at 10:30 am at the Westgate New Horizon
Co-op Gas Bar – 11540 104 Ave., Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 3X9

Sales cut off will be Monday, January 29, 2024 at 11:59pm.
The 1st Early Bird draw will be held Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 10:30 am at the 2024 Grande

A vacation package, valued at $3000 from UNIGLOBE Phillips Travel
Sales cut off will be Monday, February 19, 2024 at 11:59pm
When prize trips are won, the restrictions laid out by the Travel Agency (i.e. dates of travel, time
frame, value) must be ensued and awarded as is. Reference to restrictions are laid out below;
Trip for two to Mexico:
Package includes a trip for two to Los Cabos in Mexico for seven nights in the 4-star Krystal
Grand Los Cabos, including round trip airfare from Edmonton Ab, all taxes and fees up to a
value of $3000.
If Los Cabos is not the winners’ destination of choice, this voucher may be put into a
credit file with UNIGLOBE Phillips Travel for a value of $3,000.00 for any other vacation
package to be booked prior to April 30th 2025.
If, at the time of booking, the vacation package chosen exceeds the value of $3,000.00
the traveler is responsible for paying the fare difference. If the package price is below
the set amount, then the remaining balance will be forfeited.
The trip must be booked prior to April 30, 2025.
The trip package has no cash value, and is non-transferable to another person without
the express consent of the Lottery Management and UNIGLOBE Phillips Travel.
The 2nd Early Bird draw will be held Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 10:30 am at Signature Backyard &
BBQ Inc, 8805 Resources Rd #108, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 3A6.

Cash Jackpot 50-50™ 2023 Raffle Rules
Tickets will be sold at 200 for $10 each (J01-1 to J01-200) 1,740 sets of three for $25 (J03-201 to J03-5,420) 1,800 sets of five for $40 (J05-5,421 to J05-14,420) and 12,650 sets of 15 for $50 (J15-14,421 to J15-204,170) for a total of 204,170 tickets printed.
The draw will be held on Monday, April 29 2024 at 7:00 pm, or sooner if all tickets have been sold and approval is granted by AGLC. This draw will be held at the Grande Prairie Dream Home; 7963 Willow Grove Way, County of Grande Prairie #1, Ab T8W 0L9. An extension of this date will only be requested should not enough tickets be sold to cover prize costs and expenses. There is one prize of 50% of total ticket sales. Sales cut off will be Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 11:59pm.

Prize pick-up will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize will be paid via cheque.
Tickets will not be sold to persons under the age of 18. Ticket Sellers will advise adult ticket buyers not to write the name of a person under 18 years of age on the ticket. Only one method of payment will be accepted per order. All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information. Tickets will be sold and advertised within the province of Alberta however this does not exclude people coming into the province to purchase tickets. Ticket orders online and via telephone may only be processed for Alberta residents. The winner has 3 months from the draw date to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be located after this period, the prize will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission (AGLC). If a winning ticket has more than one name on it, the licensee will award the prize to the first name. The Licensee and AGLC are not responsible for resolving any disputes which may arise from the different individuals.
Members of the Rotary Clubs of Grande Prairie are permitted to purchase tickets. The Raffle Manager, staff of Wave Media Inc. and immediate family members (spouse, parent, son, daughter, brother, sister or the spouse of any of these individuals) will be prohibited from purchasing lottery tickets.
Tickets cannot be refunded.

Cash Cow Calendar 2023 Raffle Rules
Tickets will be sold at 200 for $20 each (C01-1 to C01-200), 6,470 sets of 3 for $50 (C03-201 to C03-19,610) and 1,275 set of 15 for $100 (C15-19,611 to C15-38,735) for a total of 38,735 tickets printed.
Every Monday in May, 2024 we will award a prize of $1,250 cash except Monday, May 20th (Victoria Day Holiday). On Tuesdays we will award a prize of $1,625 cash. On Wednesdays we will award a prize of $2,650 cash, on Thursdays we will award a prize of $3,500 cash and on Fridays we will award a prize of $10,000 cash. Additionally, each winner will also receive a $50 gift card from Keddie’s Tack & Western Wear. The number of prizes will be three x $1,250 (Mondays), four x $1,625 (Tuesdays) five x $2,650 (Wednesdays), five x $3,500 (Thursdays), five x $10,000 (Fridays) plus 22 x $50 gift cards for a total of 22 prizes for an overall value of $92,100. There is no cash in lieu option for the Gift Cards. Prizes are awarded as is.

The draws will be held at the Dream Home Office #101 10920 84 Ave, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 6H2. Sales cut off will be Sunday, April 21, 2024, at 11:59pm. An extension of this date will only be requested should not enough tickets be sold to cover prize costs and expenses. The draw will be held in the following order: All three Mondays in calendar order, followed by all four Tuesdays in calendar order, followed by the five Wednesdays in calendar order, then the five Thursdays in calendar order, followed by the five Fridays in calendar order.
Starting May 1, 2024 winners will be announced weekdays on local media, www.training.winadreamhome.ca and social media. Winners will be notified by phone. Cheques will be mailed to the purchaser and issued in the name of the ticket holder. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks from respective prize date for delivery of cheques.
